We are absolutely thrilled with our Sliding Wardrobes. The service from meeting the Sales Team to the professionalism of the Installation team was amazing. The installers on the day were so clean and tidy  and even made a suggestion to alter our design to accommodate more shoes!!! (A must for any woman!)

Just a note to tell you how delighted we are with our new wardrobes and to thank the fitters for a great job. In the current economic climate, we felt that we had to shop around for our new wardrobes, and were worried that we may have to sacrifice quality for a reasonable price, but thankfully this proved not to the case. We received quotes from a number of wardrobe fitters but we were happy to find that Robeplan won out on price, efficiency, and customer service.

The salesman who we dealt with, Enda, was not only extremely knowledgeable but was also very accommodating and visited our home in the evening time to assess our needs and give us a quote - he was a pleasure to deal with. Likewise, the fitters were both friendly and efficient, but also extremely clean and tidy.

We are delighted with our new sliding wardrobes - the finish is outstanding and we have space we never thought possible - my shoes and clothes are equally delighted!

Well, it's a week since we've had our new wardrobes fitted and we're absolutely delighted with them. For someone with loads of “clutter” they certainly bring order to our home. From the time we walked into your showroom we were treated with great respect and you all showed a real interest in what we wanted to do.

When the Sales Representative came to measure up, he was totally obliging to the plans we wanted to proceed with and had some very good advice on what would work well and what would not. His attention to detail was amazing.

The staff on your telephones were excellent in arranging dates and times that would suit us and these times were adhered to.

Our fitters need a big mention and huge thanks. For two young chaps they were a credit to your company. They worked through the day with only a small break for lunch and their work was of the highest quality and finish. They completed their work and left the house in a cleaner state then they found it. Thanks lads, you were great.

So basically I can honestly say we are delighted with the completed service we have received from you and in this times of hardship we hope all goes well for you.

This is just a short letter to say how pleased we are with our Sliding Door Robes. From the first contact with the design consultant when he called to the house to measure up and draw up the plans, the two fitters for their excellent work (and the cleaning up they did), to the follow up phone call from Customer Service to see if everything was all right and were we happy with the installation, showed us there are some companies out there who do care about their clients.

We were given a time for the installation and they arrived on time - rare now days - and got to work straight away.

WOW is the only word that came to mind when I saw the finished work and I LOVE the Shoe Shelves that the design consultant recommended for the space behind the bedroom door that was not being used (Had to re-stock to fill up !!) Martin now has his own clothes space, I have mine and a separate part to hang our coats. It great to see everything organised at last and to be able to see straight away where things are.

Dear Robeplan,

It isn’t often that we get to write a letter to rave about a service. But in Robeplan’s case, we’re making an exception. We believe that it isn’t until there’s a problem that you really find out how good or bad a service is.

We were pleased with the design and the price of our robe but, after it was fully installed, we were unhappy with the colour of the gables and the floor. This was because of a misunderstanding at the planning stage. We fully expected to have to have a major showdown to get the robe changed.

Instead, before we even got a chance to call you, we got a polite call asking when we’d be available for a re-fitting. The robe was fully re-done a few days later and we are really pleased with the result.

It was a pleasure to deal with all of you (showroom staff, designer and fitters) from start to finish. We have already recommended you to two friends.

I recently got a 3 door mirror and coloured sliding wardrobes done with Robeplan. I found all staff professional and courteous at all times and very helpful. I also got the best quotation from Robeplan from maybe 10 different companies and after meeting their designer, I realised it was not just about the money with these guys.

They came up with a realistic plan what would suit us best and if we wanted any changes they were very flexible and more than happy to help.

From the lads fitting the wardrobes to the girls in the office, everyone was very nice to deal with.

Just before Christmas, Robeplan fitted a wardrobe for us in our main bedroom. I write to tell you how pleased we are with the finished product. In particular we want to commend and thank your staff. I felt I had to write to you, informing you of the exceptional service we received from your team over the last few months.

We were always going to be your awkward customer as I was not getting doors on our wardrobe, but was simply getting three walk-in wardrobes fitted out.

We found the service from everyone exceptional, from the girls on the phone to the guys who called to the house. Even while my husband and I were on holidays your team were happy to correspond with us by email to sort out some issues we had with the original agreed spec.
